Port Townsend Artists’ Studio Tour, August 19, 2017
A unique opportunity to tour studios and chat with artists in Port Townsend. Start at the studio of Margie McDonald, then visit Michael Felber’s studio. Lunch will be provided at the beautiful home of Karen Hackenberg and Michael Felber. After lunch you will be visiting Karen Hackenberg’s studio and then Richard Jesse Watson’s studio.  Finish your day with a summer dinner including cocktails and wine at the home of Jessica Pavish and James Arrabito. Join Greg Robinson, BIMA’s Chief Curator for this full day of art and food! Transportation not included. Lunch and Dinner provided.

inkgarden studios Workshop: Making Monotypes
Wendy Orville will teach you how to create direct and expressive images with this versatile form of printmaking. Apply ink on Plexiglas plates using brushes, rollers and rags, and then run the plate through an etching press to make one-of-a-kind images. Master the technical aspects of monotype as you discover and explore what fascinates you. Beginning and experienced artists welcome. inkgarden studios encourages beginning and experienced artists to engage in a process of inquiry and play as they develop their voice through printmaking.  Choose 3 Friday sessions. Five-Week Art Class at Gage Academy of Art, Seattle
Unleash your inner artist with a five-week intensive course in painting, drawing or sculpture from one of the nationally acclaimed teaching artists at Gage Academy of Art, a fine art school located in Seattle, WA. Choose from a variety of traditional, foundational, or adventurous art classes, ranging from watercolor, still-life, drawing and painting, cast drawing, egg tempera, design concepts, color theory and encaustic techniques. Includes a beautiful book on Landscape Art by Northwest painter Mitch Albala, workshop instructor at Gage Academy of Art in Seattle. Certificate good for any 5-week class, any quarter through June 30, 2018.

“Video Games Live” at the Paramount and Dinner at the Carlile Room

Dinner for Six at Seattle’s Capitol Cider

Wacky Nut Farm Dinner and Art Workshop
